Facilitating practice-oriented labs, and collaborating with organizations to drive HR topics
Supervising Master and Bachelor thesis and working 1:1 with students.
Research/ publication projects include participatory stakeholder project works, the role of the HR professional in the context of change projects, innovative learning concepts and the scarcity of talent in the hairdressers’ industry.
